So as 2010 draws to a close, we take a look at what we have achieved over the last year within Koogar.
The majority of people would say they haven’t done much, achieved anything as we always remember the bad things in life and business. Sometimes bad things lead us onto good or better situations and without them we might not be where we are today…
Remember you even have to thank the small things and the bad things too!
In 2010, Koogar:
- become a great boss
- understand the needs to staff
- understand the need of our customers
- understand what our clients want more of
Personally, I now:
- understand my business even better and this is on-going
- understand what I want from Koogar
- take more action
In 2011, Koogar will be growing and stepping closer to our vision. Over the Christmas break we will be writing down our goals for 2011 and hope you’ll be doing the same!
We would like to personally thank all of our colleagues, our clients, our associates and everyone we have come in contact with. As you have all helped us get to where we are today!

In the new year I’m going to keep a note of things we have achieved as some are forgotten and never remembered.
You could also ask your team what they would like to achieve for the company too. Speaking out loud and announcing something to others also gives us more accountability to ourselves and others.
Good luck for 2011 and I hope we can meet up and have the 1-2-1 we have been talking about.
