An effective way of measuring your marketing and test an individual product/service is by creating a survey, which clients can fill in after purchasing something from you. Customer Service survey’s are popular throughout many companies, but you can create one for any aspect of your business.
It is important to let your customers know their opinions are important to you and it’s important for you to know how successful the different areas of your business are.
Some companies offer rewards for completing a survey, as most customers tend to ignore them (unless you tell them about it prior to sending it). However, you could offer a prize to one customer by placing their surveys in a prize draw.
